RETURN/ REPLACEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The word ‘you/You’ shall collectively imply any buyer or visitor on the Platform and the terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ shall mean Kurabels.
Kurabels’ return and replacement policy gives a customer an option to return or replace items only if the item is defective. We only ask that the customer should not use the product and persevere its original condition, tags and packaging. We offer a free pick-up service as and when a request is submitted.
1. During pick-up, our delivery agent shall perform a preliminary inspection upon the product to be returned by you and on acceptance, shall deliver the same to the Seller. Further the Seller shall perform a quality check and once all of its parameters are passed, only then refund or replacement, as the case may be, shall be processed.
2. If you wish to replace the product for reason of mis-match of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all replacements are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for a replacement. If you choose to replace a product, our delivery representative shall deliver the new product to you and simultaneously pick the original product from you.
3. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you.
4. A free replacement cannot be created for a product which was returned and replaced once earlier.
Please note- We offer you an option of replacement on products purchased by you on our Platform for same or different sizes of same style or for any other product of the same or different value within the specified exchange period subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. Also, if the replaced product is of the higher value, differences in amount will be charged to you and if it is of the lower value, the difference shall be refunded to you post successful pick up of the original product from you.
5. Usual time period prescribed for the return or replacement is 10 days from date of receipt of the product. However, if the product detail page specifically specifies the number of days up to which a product can be returned or replaced, post-delivery, the latter shall prevail.
6. All products to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (For eg. Jewelry should be in the original jewelry box)
7. Net amount paid by you (excluding instant cashback/discount) to purchase original product will be considered to calculate the difference in amount of original and replaced product which shall either be payable by you or refundable by Kurabels as the case may be, for a replacement.
8. Replacements are only allowed for the pin codes which are serviceable for it.
9. Products can’t be exchanged for multiple products and you are allowed to select single product for replacement. While customer can replace multiple products at a time by initiating separate replacement requests for each of the product.
10. Non-returnable products/ categories can’t be replaced and the same shall be explicitly mentioned in the product description section.
11. Kurabels shall reserve the right to restrict replacement of the products purchased on the Platform, if customer in any way breaches or misuse the policy, as determined in Kurabels’ sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/ offer associated with it and you wish to return the main product, then you shall have to return the free product as well.
12. Kurabels shall not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, we shall not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the user.
13. No product shall be returned/ replaced if the warranty card is missing while return or replacement of the products.
14. In case, if the product returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing, the return request shall be declined, the customer shall not be eligible for a refund nor the product shall be shipped back to the Customer.
15. If delivery agent makes three attempts to pick up the product and if the product is not picked up in the third attempt too, the pick up request shall be marked as failed. You may initiate a new return/ replacement request, if the product meets the return/ replacement criteria and is within the specified return/ replacement period.
16. If the products returned have been bought with Kurabels Pay Wallet/Credit, the refunded amount of returned products shall be added to Kurabels Wallet or Credit.
Please Note- At the time of creating a return, customers are requested to confirm (via check box click) that the product being returned is unused with original tags and packaging intact. At the time of pick-up, if the above conditions are not fulfilled, your return may be put of hold pending further clarification with our Contact Center.
17. You can cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status, as long as the cancel option is available on the Platform. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount pre-paid shall be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
18. If the product is returned/cancelled, the applicable GST amount shall also be refunded into the source account selected at the time of return initiation.
Please Note- If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.
Once the Seller notifies us of receipt of return, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your selected payment mode (in case of Cash on Delivery orders).

If the standard time-frame as mentioned in the above table has expired and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash.
1. For damaged/ defective items, the seller will authorize a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
2. The refund is initiated once the Seller authorizes it. Kurabels can assist in facilitating refunds for you only when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the item. Once the seller notifies us of the receipt of the return item, the above refund time period will apply for processing refunds.
3. If you wish to receive the Cash on Delivery order’s refund to your bank account, you can update the details of the bank account in Your Account section or from the Returns Centre when you are returning an item. Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Kurabels account should match with the name of the bank account holder.
